AddressAccounts Receivable Manager

Reporting to the Financial Director, You will take full responsibility for the timely collection of all debt across the HSL Compliance along with other group companies, including setting credit limits for new customers and recommending appropriate action for accounts that are operating outside of the agreed limits
Liaising with customers and other departments to manage any queries or ad hoc credit duties.
Main Responsibilities
- Work allocation to ensure that priorities tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Line management of existing Accounts Receivable Assistant
- Overseeing and getting stuck in, Cash allocation and credit control functions.
- Approving customer credit limits and working with other departments to escalate problems with debt at the earliest opportunity
- Proactively manage the credit control across the groups portfolio of clients
Experience & Skills
- Strong knowledge of the whole credit cycle
- Well versed in cash allocation and credit control methods
- Experienced in Sage Microsoft Business Central
- Ability to organise, priorities and work to deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal
- Strong ICT skills
