- Leading the Accounting & Finance team to ensure the highest quality of work.
- Delivering professional services to a diverse client base.
- Supervising the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Overseeing financial audits and providing recommendations for procedural improvements.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and ethics within the accounting industry.
Profile
A successful Accounts Semi Senior should have:
- A strong educational background in Accounting or a related field.
- Be at AAT Level 4 or progressing through ACCA
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the Accounting & Finance department.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preparing year-end financial statements for a wide range of clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Supporting the Seniors and Client Managers across the wider business.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make sound decisions.
