Description
- Handling clients' bookkeeping and management accounts
- Preparing VAT returns and corporation tax computations
- Assisting in the preparation of year-end accounts
- Providing support to junior members of the team
- Contributing to the firm's business development and networking activities
- Managing client relationships and providing excellent customer service
- Staying updated on the latest accounting standards and regulations
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions
Profile
A successful 'Semi Senior Accountant' should have:
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field - Working towards or completed AAT
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills
- The ability to work well in a team and independently
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure
