They are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Accounts Semi-Senior to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, with the added benefit of hybrid working arrangements and ample progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with Accounts Preparation: Prepare statutory financial statements for a range of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Tax Compliance: Assist with the preparation of tax returns, including VAT returns and corporation tax computations, ensuring clients meet their tax obligations.
* Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent service and addressing their financial needs and concerns.
* Bookkeeping: Undertake bookkeeping tasks for clients, ensuring financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
* Advisory Services: Assist in providing financial advice to clients, helping them make informed decisions to improve their financial health and business performance.
Requirements:
* Minimum AAT qualified or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a similar role within a Chartered Accountancy firm.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
