Accounts Semi Senior

Kenton Black are delighted to be working with an independent reputable firm of Chartered Accountants who are currently looking for a Semi-Senior Accountant.
This role is located in Poynton Cheshire, away from the city centre commute!
To be considered for this role you may be AAT Qualified, Qualified by Experience and with a minimum of 3 years’ current practice experience.
As Semi-Senior Accountant your key responsibilities will include:-
-Preparation of year end accounts
-Corporation tax returns
-Self-assessment tax returns
Person Specification for Semi-Senior Accountant:-
-AAT Qualified, QBE or at least 3 years’ experience working in a practice environment
-Experience of planning and delivering work to the highest of standards
-Daily use of computer software including IRIS, QuickBooks, Xero and Sage – desirable not essential
-Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate excellent attention to detail
-Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
-High levels of professionalism and a genuine interest in their clients
-Dealing with any client queries in a timely and efficient manner
-Professional disposition with excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Cultivating and managing client and staff relationships
-Being a vital point of contact who clients can rely upon
