Form of workURGENTLY REQUIRED - We are recruiting for a ACCOUNTS SUPERVISOR to join a logistics company based at Colnbrook area.
Duties will include:
- To oversee the smooth running of the account department
- Accounts payable/ receivable, Sales Ledger, Billing and Credit Control
- Carry out credit checks & risk assessments on new clients
- Liaising with operations when needed
- Processing invoices
- Handling any queries
- Reporting to the finance manager
Experience needed:
- Previous experience within all aspects of accounts/ finance
- Experience within cargo / freight forwarding/ logistics
- AAT LEVEL 4 trained
- Good knowledge Microsoft Excel
- Sage 200 experience
- You should be self motivated
- Attention to detail
Working hours:
- Monday- Friday (50hrs a week- office based)
