SalaryEducation People Ltd are an education recruitment agency based on Whiteladies Road, Bristol. We place teachers and support staff across schools within south west area on a daily, short and long term basis.
We are a busy recruitment agency and due to growth we are looking for someone who can cover our early morning shift and help consultants fill bookings.
This is a part time role working from 7am - 10am, Monday to Friday. Term Time only.
Your main dutieswill be;
Answering incoming calls from schools requesting staff for that day/current week
Calling candidates to fill school requirements for that day / current week
Confirming candidates for bookings
Calling, texting and e-mail candidates for daily, short and long term bookings
Adding bookings to CRM system
Updating diaries
Sending mailers to clients and candidates
Opening up the office ready for the day, blinds, up, kettle on

Skills Required;
Excellent attention to detail working from a databases
Able to work to deadlines and under pressure at times
Excellent communication skills both written and orally
Able to work within a fast-paced office, we get very busy and need good team players to get stuck in
People skills - able to speak to clients and candidates with confidence

High energy
- Must have telesales experience
