We are looking a number Receptionists to join our business on an Ad Hoc basis. Search are currently working with a number of clients mainly in Leeds city centre to provide cover for holidays and sickness. We need reliable candidates that are looking for part time/Ad Hoc work.
The role of the Receptionist:
This role is to cover main reception for very busy clients. You will be the first point of contact for all customers and clients either by phone, email or face to face.
You must be computer literate, able to use Microsoft programmes and have the ability to think on your feet.
The person:
Good communication skills with a smart appearance
Able to manage own work load
Confident when speaking on the telephone
Able to prioritise work
Experienced within a similar role
