This UK wide consultancy business is looking for a Receptionist to join their Front of House team in Leeds. You will work in a team of two and will be part of the busy wider support services team and therefore previous relevant experience is essential. This is a busy and varied role where you will be part of a team who ensure the smooth running of this office.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Receptionist:
- The Receptionist would welcome guests to the office (clients, employees, candidates, suppliers)
- Organising and turning around meeting rooms of various sizes
- Helping to arrange catering for meetings as well as monitoring and ordering of office suppliers
- Proactively managing a range of daily and ad-hoc front of house tasks
- Booking taxis and couriers where required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous relevant experience in either a Receptionist, Customer Services, Front of House or Administrative role is essential
- Excellent customer services and communication skills.
- Flexible and conscientious - you will have high standards
- Some IT skills in Excel and Word
