Receptionist

£20,000 - £25,000
My Client a Corporate firm are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join there busy team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming telephone calls and transferring to the relevant person or department
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- The upkeep of reception and meeting rooms
- The ordering of stationary
- Data entry assisting the uploads team
- Processing post
- General post and administration duties
- Admin duties for departments that require assistance
- Opening/ closing files
Skills Required:
- Evidence of considerable administration experience
- Strong organisational skills with experience of prioritising own workload in line with business requirements
- Excellent customer service skills including good written and verbal communication
- Flexible approach to work with the ability to cope with frequently changing environments.
- Responds positively to feedback and takes an active interest in personal development
- Ability to communicate confidently with senior employees, colleagues and service providers; adjusting communication style as appropriate
- Be a presentable, hands on positive individual
- Demonstrates a collaborative relationship with colleagues; readily sharing information and knowledge as appropriate
- Experience of working with Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
