We are looking for a temporary part time receptionist who is able to work Monday and Tuesdays 9am – 4:00pm to assist over the summer period, with the possibility of some additional hours to cover annual leave. This role will initially be until 3rd September 2024. This role will be based on reception at our head office in Middleton, South Leeds.
You will be first point of contact for All staff, tenants and visitors to Tenants Hall Enterprise Centre, providing a welcoming atmosphere whilst also undertaking general reception duties. The role will involve answering incoming telephone calls, welcoming and answering queries from visitors to the centre. Ensuring room hire bookings are dealt with smoothly and efficiently and setting up and clearing away rooms for meetings and events ensuring these are set up to a high standard.
The ideal candidate must be available over the summer period to work Monday’s and Tuesday’s an be available to start as soon as possible.
Hours: 13 hours per week – Monday and Tuesday 9:00am – 4:00pm
(There will be the flexibility needed for an 8:45am start depending on the bookings at the centre)
Salary: £7,733.44 Actual per annum, £20,820.80 Full Time Equivalent
