Receptionist

Your new company
A well established legal business based in Leeds City Centre is looking to recruit a receptionist on a permanent basis.
Your new role
The role will report to a senior receptionist and the main focus will be to support the needs of the office and offer exceptional front-of-house skills.
Main duties and responsibilities:

• Meet and greet clients to ensure a great client experience on arrival
• Offering a hotel-style concierge service to clients, including taxis, restaurant recommendations etc.
• Coordinate and plan meetings - room requests, catering requests, organising technology, setting up rooms etc
• Ensure that all client areas are kept tidy and presentable.
• Assisting external and internal clients with the use of audiovisual and presentation equipment.
• Proactively managing workload, including deadlines and time-critical tasks and activities per day/week.
• Logging and reporting Facilities/Building Related issues through the correct channels.
• Coordinating requests for workplace items and equipment and advising, where appropriate, those allowances within policy.
• Other duties as reasonably required by the Senior Receptionist/Client Services Manager.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have worked within a client service environment as Front of House.
Excellent knowledge of IT systems, including all MS Office packages.
An individual must have excellent face-to-face communication skills and be able to also communicate well in written format.
What you'll get in return
A salary of £23 - 24k per annum.
Flexibility will be required for hours.
Core hours are 8.30 - 5.30pm - but you need to be flexible between 7am - 9pm depending on the business demand. It will be a 35-hour working week.
