Grade 3 - £25,119 - £31,364 (Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review)
Working 36.5 hours per week
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Staying Independent at Home Team who are responsible for delivering Birmingham City Councils Staying Independent at Home Policy.
The team works with external contractors to deliver Minor adaptations, Key Safes and Major Adaptations under the Disabled Facilities Grant. The role of the Adaptations Case Worker to support the delivery of the service by assisting citizens, working with the Occupational Therapy team, external contractors and housing providers.
The successful candidate will be required to be hybrid working across the city of Birmingham.
We have 5 positions available - 2 x Permanent, 2 x 1 year fixed term and 1 x2 year fixed term.
