Responsibilities:
Assist with financial data entry and maintain accurate records.
Generate and analyse sales reports to support decision-making processes.
Data processing (Goods Receipt, Stock Reports, Purchase Reports, etc.) diligence and support.
Act as a point of contact for procurements helpdesk inquiries.
Prepare recharge reports and ensure accuracy in billing.
Update booking system information as required.
Manage and organise Personal Files efficiently.
Gather and maintain diligent sheets in order, related to Health & Safety, Food Safety, and monitor Matrix.
Update training planners and assist in coordinating training sessions.
Provide support to various regions as needed.
Cover finance assistance tasks during absences or peak periods.
Our ideal Admin Assistant:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Quick leaner to new software.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in administrative or similar roles preferred.
Knowledge of finance and accounting principles is a plus.
