Salary: £22,000 + Bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm
With offices in Camberley, Hong Kong & Germany, my client provide freight & logistics services on a 24/7 and time critical basis. You will form part of the Freight Operations team providing an excellent customer service to clients across borders.
The ideal candidate will be customer focused and looking for long term career progression.
Duties:
Complete transport documents.
Processing bookings for collections.
Liaising with couriers.
Dealing with incoming enquiries via telephone and email.
Updating customers on the status of their booking.
Ensuring internal database is kept updated.
Working in within the Aerospace division, specialising in the shipping of aircraft parts globally.
Person Specification:
Good communication skills
Healthy and positive working attitude towards clients and your colleagues.
Self motivated and positive individual
Confident on the telephone
