Pay Rate: £10.42 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week, Mon to Fri, 10:00am - 2:00pm
Contract: 6 weeks initially with the potential to extend.
Gi Group Recruitment are now seeking to appoint an Administrator to our Public Sector Client in Chesterfield. The Administrator will provide high performing, high quality and efficient support services that maintain or exceed current required quality and performance measures, they will ensure that the client has the support service infrastructure to continue to deliver sustainable and safe clinical services.
Duties of the Administrator
- Confident at answering the phone - to take maintenance calls and taxi bookings.
- Maintain a balanced workload to ensure all requirements are resourced and targets met along with the ability to work independently, using your own initiative, prioritise your workload.
- To be responsible for correspondence and reports including drafting and typing of letters if asked.
- Provide various admin support tasks within the team office.
- Filing of documents containing sensitive information.
Experience Required
- Reception experience to deal with contractors and visitors.
- Admin skills for personal filing.
- GCSE English Language grade C or above.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Previous experience of organising and prioritising workloads.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT skills in particular, Word, Excel.
