Office Administrator
We are excited to be recruiting for an Office Administrator to work for our client, the UK's leading student accommodation management brand, CRM Students.
The advertised salary is for full time hours and you will be based in Botley, Oxford.
The successful candidate will provide a first-class administration service. Ensuring all timelines are met and all paperwork actioned accurately and in a timely manner.
Key Tasks:
- Creating electronic personnel files. Maintain integrity of such files
- Advising IT on new starters for IT requirements
- Providing administrative support to HR Team
- Adhoc project work as required by the HR department
- Adhoc running of reports
- Reception/ Front of House Duties
- Checking in visitor
- Setting up meeting rooms, managing bookings of boardrooms etc
Skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel to an intermediate level
- Ability to pick up and own new software systems
- The ability to organise and meet deadlines
- Accurate attention to detail.
- Previous experience of working as an administrator or receptionist is desirable but not essential
