Position: Admin Assistant - Property Management
Salary: £12 - £15 per hour
Working hours:
Full Time: 9.30 - 6 (flexibility offered).
Part Time: 9:30 - 2:30
Responsibilities
As an Admin Assistant, your organisational skills will be crucial in supporting our property management team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Document Management: Efficiently manage and organize property documents, contracts, leases, and other paperwork, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Tenant Communication: Point of contact for tenants, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing excellent customer service.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and meetings with prospective and current tenants, maintenance personnel, and property owners.
Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately input data into our property management software, maintaining up-to-date records, and generating regular reports as required.
Rent Collection Support: Assist in rent collection efforts, tracking payments, and liaising with tenants to ensure prompt and accurate remittances.
Vendor Liaison: Communicate with contractors and service providers, obtaining quotes, and ensuring compliance with our company's standards.
Requirements:
- Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
- Prior experience in the property management industry is a plus.
