The Admin Assistant role will embrace all aspects of administrative support including: compliance, facilities coordination and ad hoc projects.
Key responsibilities:
Provide first point of contact for team related queries
Admin Support
Data entry & updating databases
Liaise with contractors, arrange repair, servicing of equipment, etc.
Diary management with attending meetings occasionally
Arrange payments & oversee shedule records
Respond to queries & requests
