CK Group are recruiting for an Admin Coordinator to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry working remotely at their site based in Macclesfield on a contract basis for 10 months initially.
Daily Rate:
£85.00-£103.00 per day PAYE
Essential Requirements:
- It is essential that applicants hold entitlement to work in the UK
- Relevant administrative experience with senior stakeholders
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in creating and maintaining systems for efficiency as well as the ability to format documents for consistent, professional appearance
- Experience with virtual meeting technologies, information management software, and Microsoft products
Admin Coordinator Role:
- Managing diaries for managers including travel arrangements, set up interviews and coordinating complex meetings.
- Support can be provided to line managers as well as different project teams
- Provide project support for various ad hoc projects
- Resolves complex customer queries and issues to meet customer and business requirements and communicate information at a detailed level
