ONGOING WORK
My client based in Lincoln is currently looking for Admin in Day Scheduler to join the team.
The role :
Candidates would assist in the delivery of a business-critical service to ensure that both planned and reactive work is scheduled to meet business performance targets (Service, Serviceability, Quality and Risk) and systems are updated with work activities.
Take ownership of today's and tomorrows work schedules, to ensure that all work is completed within the agreed timescale
Prioritise and deploy reactive work according to priority matrix to field resources via telephone, complying with health and safety guidelines. Ensuring resource has the availability to complete the work and remove any work that cannot be completed as a result

Role is office based, initially. Once you have passed their probation, we offer a hybrid working model.
This may take around 5-6 months to pass probation.
Work Pattern
37 hours per week
Rota based system, with shifts between Monday and Sunday, including bank holidays. Shifts involve early, late and weekends; roughly 1 weekend a month.
Operating hours are between 6.30 am - 9.30 pm
Role is office based, initially.
We are offering a starting salary of £21,833 (11.35 per hour) , with progression up to £23,318 (12.12 per hour)
Must be available to start on 5th February 2024.
