Position: Administrative Officer
Location: Waterside House
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Duration: 6 months (subject to review)
Rate of Pay: £11.99 per hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Officers at Waterside House. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for a range of duties, ensuring the highest standards of quality and adherence to policies. Main Duties:
- Quality Assurance of all electronic documents
- Creating and maintaining a register of records/papers destroyed
- Liaising with systems regarding electronic records
- Obtaining knowledge of pensions
- Assisting with special exercises such as revision of awards, resource accounts, and maintenance of electronic records
- Complete casework ensuring adherence to scheme rules
- Processing routine cases, raising queries, and ensuring correct data is held
- Responding to correspondence
- Assisting in the collection of necessary management information for presentation in Branch Action Plan
- Attendance at Monthly Management Team Meetings
- Completing statistical returns on a timely basis
- Assisting with the testing of IT system functionality
- Raising incidents and faults with the Hartlink System
- Rotational administrative duties within the operational area
Essential Criteria:
- 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English, graded A to C, or the level 2 equivalent (proof required at the time of application)
