We are recruiting for a strong office administrator to deal with day-to-day tasks and schedule a small team of engineers. You will be joining part of a team with a real family feel!
The purpose of the role is to ensure efficient processing of all service-related tasks and managing them from initial contact to completion, updating relevant systems with timesheet and job numbers.
The main duties will be:
- Ensure all service requests received are entered on the system and then manage the process from start to completion
- Answer customer calls, effective call handling to ensure customer requirements are understood and actions fulfilled
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer needs, taking ownership of all issues until customer is satisfied with the resolution
- Action jobs on the system
- Enter timesheet details for engineers
- Liaise with and schedule engineers

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 09.00am to 17.00 pm
On site parking available
Accessible by public transport on all major routes
