We are currently recruiting an experienced Administrator to join a busy team in the Leeds City Centre.
Main Duties:
- To support the Graduate School Manager to deliver high quality research student administration throughout the student lifecycle in line with the University’s Strategic Planning Framework and related research KPIs
- Provide suitable and high quality advice and guidance to prospective, existing research students and academic colleagues and other colleagues as appropriate on the research student lifecycle and types of research awards, ensuring enquiries are appropriately signposted to relevant internal and external services
- To work as an active team member in all aspects of research student administration
- To maintain good customer service and be an effective communicator, with an aptitude for building strong internal and external working relationships
The role will be working Monday – Friday between the hours of 09:00am – 17:00, there is flexibility around those hours.
