Your new role
As a service administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting this organisation's daily operations. You’ll work closely with their team to ensure efficient service delivery, accurate record-keeping, and excellent customer service.
Your main responsibilities will consist of the following:
- Administrative Support:
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks - Client Communication:
Coordinate with clients, schedule inspections, and address enquiries promptly. - Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and service requests. - Billing and Invoicing:
Prepare invoices and track payments. - Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels for fire safety equipment and supplies. - Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. - Collaboration:
Work closely with technicians, managers, and other departments.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
Previous experience in a related field is necessary. - Organisational Skills:
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. - Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Computer Proficiency:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Customer Service:
A customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills.
