The Admin Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting lawyers and business services colleagues in the Edinburgh office. Previous admin experience is essential, ideally within a professional services firm.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling meetings and diary management
- Making travel arrangements including transport and accommodation
- Maintain a filing system
- Keep the database up to date and accurate
- Support with events and conferences
- Process expenses and record financial information
- Arrange routine checks and the completion of regular forms
- Ordering stationery, business cards and resources
