Administration Assistant - Fixed Term until 30th June 2024 Duties and Responsibilities of the Post: To be responsible for the booking of patients appointments To complete the administrative work that supports the appointment booking processes. Use of EMIS and Meditech Reception duties Maintain a general filing and retrieval system To cover duties of other administration staff within the department during periods of annual leave and sickness or as required To undertake all relevant duties appropriate to grade To be responsible for own CPD, keeping up to date with the relevant administrative and clerical practice To participate in relevant in service training To cover any required late nights and Saturday mornings FOR FULL JOB DESCRIPTION SEE ATTACHMENT
