The School and Role:
To support an SEN schools admissions process in dealing with admissions in an appropriate and effective manner through the whole process of pupil recruitment, from first contact to induction. Manage and be responsible for the day to day running of the admissions function. The ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT ideally will have a background working in a busy sales and finance environment
working to deadlines, will be expected to have the ability to engage with stake holders at all levels. The ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT must have the ability to work under pressure, deal with a high volume of data, multitask and have accurate and excellent data entry skills.
Requirements:
The ideal Admin Assistant will have;
Previous paid experience in an admin based roleHave, or pay for a Enhanced DBS check and register on the Update ServiceBe available to work during school timesExperience working in UK Schools (Desirable but not essential)What we offer:
