We are looking for an Administration Assistant to support our designers, administrators and facilities team. There are a wide range of different tasks in a creative and busy office.
Duties will include managing drawings, printing/filing, archiving, email processing, franking, distributing refreshments around the kitchens, setting up the Gallery for lunches and meetings as well as other supporting tasks.
You should have good communication and general IT skills and a flexible, helpful, responsible and positive attitude.
