Administration Co-ordinator / PA
Location - Ferndown
Full Time, Permenant Position
Salary - £25,000 to £30,000
Up Front Recruitment is looking for an Adminastion Coordinator / PA for a well valued client based in Ferndown. Our client are a very well respected Cladding company. The role will suite someone experinced in this type of position.
Roles & Responsibilites not limited to:
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Confident with liasing with clients
- Answering telephones
- Order stock and stock control
- Organising paperwork
- Generating raports & RAMs amongst other documents
- Assistanting with ayrol and timesheets
- Email Management
- Appointment booking and assisting the director
