This role has a starting salary of GBP12,488.50 per annum, based on an 18-hour working week (pro rata to GBP24,977 FTE).
This part time role is offered up to 18 working hours per week (approx. 2.5 days a week - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) but we are open to applications, and a discussion, from candidates regarding working hours and shift pattern.
This role is a 12-month fixed term opportunity.

About the Role
As an Administration Assistant, you will be a key member of the North West Mental Health Social Care team within Adult Social Care providing administrative support to frontline social care practitioners on a variety of tasks.
You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as you may be expected to deal with complex telephone enquiries and a wide range of correspondence and scanning duties. You will be expected to take notes and minutes of meetings and be entering data on the mainframe database as well as dealing with wider correspondence as the first point of contact for Surrey residents.
Working in a frontline social care team is fast paced, therefore you will have previous experience of working in a busy office environment and have the ability to work as part of a team, within existing working protocols and procedures, whilst being proactive and using your initiative.
