What you’ll do:
Carry out Administrative tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate and efficient administrative support
Complete filing, shredding and photocopying as required
Adhere to all Administration in compliance with Environment, Health and Safety and Food Safety
All required paperwork to be completed correctly, legibly and in a timely manner with due consideration given to confidentiality of input and outputs.
Attend training sessions appertaining to the post.
Undertake any reasonable requests made by management to ensure that the overall service standard is maintained.
Ensure confidentially and timelines are adhered to
What you bring:
Great communication skills, strong teamwork, and a positive attitude
Be self-motivated
Have excellent IT skills
Possess good communication skills, both verbally and written
Strong attention to detail
Have in depth understanding of customer care
Well-organised, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but a can-do attitude and complete customer focus will tick the box
