Administration Assistant
Working on site for our client based in Rochford, Essex reporting into the Head of Operations, we are looking for an all-round Administration Assistant. Someone that has been in a supporting generalist role and had exposure to invoicing, marketing, stocks and reporting.
The above is full-time role and we are looking for someone hungry who can be trained and whose skills our client can develop at a wider corporate level to grow with the Group.
Duties:
- Preparing invoices and sending to clients
- Recording deliveries and matching against contracts
- Storing all transaction and delivery documents
- Following up with transport company's
- Preparing weekly stock reports using Yard Manager and Head of Ops inputs
- Generally organising the office and ensuring the space is clean and professional
- Organising printing of marketing materials
- Logging holiday time and hours of occasional workforce
- General administrative duties in relation to the business
Requirements:
- Good literacy skills to be able to prepare documents in a professional manner
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues and clients / transport providers
- Willingness to learn, be open to criticism and willing to adapt to the needs of the business
- Strong team player
Salary upto £32,000 plus bens
Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
Car owner is essential due to company location - Free parking on site
