Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, mailing, website and social media updates and filing.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist in resolving administrative problems.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, running Victory Hall, Allotments and dealing with public enquiries
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents using computer software.
- Data entry and maintenance of accurate records.
-Health and Safety Administration.
-Assets Register administration.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
- Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Google Suite and QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
