Job Title: Administrator Assistant

Hours: 37hrs
Type: Temporary Ongoing
Location: Meadowfield

Job Purpose:

To provide essential administrative support within the Regeneration and Local Services team, ensuring efficient back-office operations and promoting lean system working.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Challenge existing processes to develop lean systems with electronic data interchange and filing.


• Assist in developing procedural guidance notes for all service functions.


• Collaborate in a customer-focused team approach, participating in meetings and ensuring effective communication channels.


• Identify risks within the service area and promote a positive culture of continuous improvement.


• Ensure a quality service is provided to front-line services.


• Handle invoices in accordance with procedures.


• Efficiently handle post and provide support for insurance claims.

Experience Required:

• NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.


• Proven experience in delivering results and promoting a positive team culture.


• Ability to manage change effectively and work independently with ICT packages.
