2. Maintaining Electronic Database:
- Regularly update and manage electronic databases.
- Safeguarding the integrity and security of stored information.
3. Completion of Money Laundering Documentation:
- Thoroughly complete required documentation.
- Proactively chase omitted items and manage data renewal processes.
4. Client Interaction:
- Answer telephone calls and provide professional assistance.
- Greet clients warmly, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
5. Financial Transactions:
- Process credit card payments accurately and securely.
6. Mail Management:
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
- Distribute and file documents as necessary.
7. Database Filing:
- Organize and maintain documents in our database.
- Ensure easy retrieval of information when needed.
8. Stationery Management:
- Place stationery orders as required.
- Regularly check stock levels for timely reordering.
