Administration Assistant
12.5- 13.00 per hour (PAYE)
Perth, PH1
3 months assignment, with likely extension
Full-time, 37 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
Hybrid Role: 1-2 days in the office per week. Potential travel required once per month to Glasgow.
Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced Administration Assistant, to help manage all inbound communications via mail, and sort/filter to the relevant departments.
- Diary management
- Organising meetings
- Travel booking
- Basic slide preparation
- Sending out communications
- Team invites and general admin support for the management team and the people development committee.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- 3 years previous experience in an Administration role in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills together with the ability to use your own initiative, persuasion, and commercial awareness.
- Utilities/Energy sector work would be advantageous.
- Good IT skills: word, excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint (general O365)
