SalaryDuties & Responsibilities:
Inputting inspection times while an inspection is in process
Storage data, i.e what capacity teams have used and what they can use. What product/ items are being held whilst lab testing is ongoing in a lab.
Filing the correct sheds inspection data to folders, i.e inspection start times bay cleaning times.
Recording storage temperature times and applying them to the right document folder
Storing shed cleaning data
Waste data, i.e what waste is stored in what reefer with then APH informing us when the reefer can be emptied based on the data the team have. Also used for plant health.
New learnings data, continuous improvement on timings, i.e hand over from Sodexo to K&N and timings for how long a vehicle takes to get to dock, being unloaded and reloaded
Knowledge / Experience
- Logistics experience in a large fast moving environment
- Strong warehouse system experience
- A strong knowledge of Health & Safety at work
- Experience of working to agreed targets
- Intermediate PC Skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
- Understanding of warehouse practices e.g. picking, loading
