Administration Executive required by an expert private travel team who specialise in finest-detail, tailormade travel itineraries for budget-free, wealthy customers who give free reign to the team to create some of the most exciting holiday projects. You will provide background support to the sales team, by taking responsibility for the behind-the-scenes administration of the trips.
Administration Executive Responsibilities:
- Book all trip elements such as Private Jets, Hotels, Activities
- Entry of all guest and trip information into system
- Creation of Itineraries, travel documentation and other written communication
- Regular comms with suppliers and partners
Administration Executive Skills and Experience required:
- Meticulous eye for detail is crucial
- Administrative working background
- Strong geographical knowledge
- Educated to degree-level
Administration Executive Additional Information:
- Salary 24K-29K, dependent upon experience
- Monday to Friday. 9.00am - 5.30pm. Office Based (for first 6 months)
