As a full time admin, you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support and filing/directing mail to the correct place
- Coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of one years of experience in a similar role
- A degree or equivalent qualification in business administration or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- A passion for helping others and making a difference
The salary for this position is £11 per hour. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. The location is based in Leeds.
