Administration Manager role in Plymouth

Working for an amazing educational company located in central Plymouth.This role is full time Monday - Friday standard office hours.Salary is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience.
Your new role
Line management of the Student Experience Team.Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall student experience, including student engagement, satisfaction, and retention efforts.Develop and maintain an College Alumni scheme.Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with College Student Representatives, and develop the Student Representative role.Collaborate with various departments, to ensure a seamless and positive experience for students.Oversee student engagement initiatives.Oversee student feedback processes, and monitor and analyse student feedback and satisfaction data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.Stay current on best practices and trends in student affairs and higher education.Members of various committees, including the Student Experience Group, the Academic Quality and Standards Committee, and the Academic Board.What you'll need to succeedAn understanding of the student-related administrative processes within a Higher Education setting is desirable but not essential.An ability to contribute to ongoing service development and improvement, maintaining a clear focus on customer satisfaction.The ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.A dynamic and motivating leader.Able to use initiative and work independently, being a self-starter and positively influencing others through a proactive approach.Proficient in the use of MS Office, and in particular, high level skills in Excel to manage complex spreadsheets and data.Educated to degree or equivalent experienceAbility to cope with conflicting demands and prioritise their own work effectivelyExperience of a customer facing or student facing role providing advice and guidance.Experience of managing a small team of staff.Experience of a customer facing or student facing role providing advice and guidanceExperience of managing a small team of staff.
