This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is able to to see their vision and assist with organising to support the business through a period of growth.
Please note this is a stand-alone role so the successful candidate must be able to work independently.
They are looking for an exceptional Office Administrator to run the day to day business support function. The ideal candidate will have confident communication skills, good attention to detail and able to work using their own initiative.
Reporting to the Director to help implement systems, protocols and improve efficiency
Role to include, but not limited to:
- Raising sales invoices
- Processing Payments
- Ordering materials
- Maintain filing systems and archiving
- Checking purchase invoices are correct
- Logging payment applications and progress
- Supporting the planning of the 3 teams of contractors working week/ month
- Payroll
- Booking in scaffolding and skips
- Answering telephone calls and responding to enquiries
Everyday will be different and you will be responsible for your own work load with the guidance of the owner.
Hours 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday ( Office Based)
