Are you an experienced Administrator who has worked within the housing sector and within a customer focused role?
My client is currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Sector Administrator to join the team. You should have previous experience taking calls from members of the public, noting calls on the CRM system, following up and resolving queries. Knowledge and understanding of working closely with surveyors and contractors ensuring lead times are met and the customer is satisfied.
The responsibilities you will have as an Administrator are as follows:
- Supporting a team of three Administrators, supporting with day to day duties
- Planning and attending senior meetings
- Coordinating with the senior management
Experience & Skills:
- Experience of providing excellent customer service, face to face and via the telephone
- Local authority or Housing experience
- Repairs & Voids experience
- Experience working closely with surveyors and maintenance contractors
- Able to work on various CRM systems
