Quick learner needed to assist this busy team with mainly admin tasks.
Must have good and confident telephone manner - will deal with lots of calls from applicants many of whom will be homeless or threatened with homelessness. Give basic advice.
Make appointments for case officers. Deal with emails, indexing correspondence, Will make bookings for temporary accommodation, keeping computer records up to date.
Will work alongside 3 other support officers across the unit but main focus is Homelessness Prevention and Advice.
