SF Recruitment are working with a fantastic business in Ilkeston who are requiring an Administration Supervisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This role is paying between £28,000 - £30,000 plus annual bonus and fantastic company benefits.
Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Administrative Supervisor to oversee our clients administrative team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of their office. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing a team of administrative and sales professionals, working towards deadlines, and meeting SLAs/KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to streamline administrative tasks and meet departmental goals.
- Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and implement strategies to improve productivity and quality of work.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to SLAs.
- Handle escalated issues and resolve conflicts within the team in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute basic marketing activities, such as organising promotional events, managing social media platforms, and assisting with marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role is essential, preferably in an administrative or office management capacity.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of SLAs/KPIs and experience in meeting and exceeding performance targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
