This is a full-time contract position, that would suit a junior administrator who is able to demonstrate their ability to prepare and support the day-to-day running of our school.
Were based just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Canterbury, easily reached by public transport.
Heres some of whats involved:
Working up to 48 hours per week depending on the needs of the school each weekCollecting all registers and inputting attendance data onto the in-house database.
Responsible for marking tests and inputting the results onto the database.
Preparing student ID badges ready for arrival day, updating notice boards and communications in the school
Photocopying, Data entry, Running reports & filing.

Some of what youll need:
Be available from 24th June for 5 weeksYoull need to have excellent customer service skills; this is a very busy school with lots of students.
You must have some experience of administration; this could be related to university or similar.
Good IT skills, be organised, professional and being able to adapt to change.
Friendly and professional communication skills are vital.
You must have the right to work full-time in the UK
