Administrative Assistant
£23,356 Per Annum
NG8, Nottingham
Full Time, Permanent
9-5pm, Early Finish Friday
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the upload of assessment materials.
- Collate product information to support preparation for internal and external audits as well as qualification and programme funding applications.
- Provide administrative support for qualification related meetings, workshops and events, including preparation for stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of qualification frameworks, specifications and assessment materials.
- Set up new qualification profiles as required, on relevant management information systems.
- Locate and provide product documentation, in response to customer queries and requests.
- Monitor and maintain departmental tracking of all regulatory qualification reviews, ensuring reviews are completed on time.
Experience:
- Minimum 1-year administrative experience.
- Good standard of education, as evidenced by qualifications at Level 2 including English and Maths Grade C/4 equivalent or above.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting information logically.
- Excellent IT skills, including using Microsoft Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
