We are seeking 4 Administrative Assistants for a temporary contract in Beeston to support during a period of expansion. The role involves managing a large number of inherited jobs, requiring excellent customer service and proficiency in PC software tools. This is an ideal position for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at multitasking.
Day-to-day of the role:• Contacting residents to confirm if a job is still required and triaging the repair accordingly.• Raising jobs to the appropriate teams for attendance.• Handling a high volume of calls and tasks on a daily basis.• Utilising PC software tools such as Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint efficiently.• Working effectively as part of a team and independently.• Ensuring clear and professional communication, both spoken and written.
Required Skills & Qualifications:• Experience in a fast-paced administrative role.• Exceptional customer service skills.• Proficiency in PC software tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).• Capable of handling a large volume of calls and tasks daily.• Strong multitasking abilities.• Self-motivated with the ability to work well in a team.• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.• Experience with database systems (NEC, DRS) is preferable.
