My client are a medium sized building services company who are looking to expand their growing team with an Administrative Assistant in the offices based in Chichester. You role will be to support the Technical Manager in their duties due to a large work load.
Package includes: 22,000 - 24,0000 Per Annum, 20 days holiday + BH, pension, parking and private healthcare.
This role will cover various duties from managing the company fleet to document control;
Systems Management
- Mobile devices.
- SIM card contract management.
- Asset ordering and control.
- Maintain asset register.
Fleet (Vehicle) Management
- Insurance claims and changes.
- Road Tax.
- RAC, TFL, Dart Charge, Clean Air Zones accounts.
- Fuel cards.
- Maintain asset register.
- Licence checking.
- Liaise with mechanics and sign writers.
- Keep MID database up to date when changes occur.
- Send monthly fuel usage reports.
Training
- Book and log all Construction related training.
- Send monthly reports.
Accreditations
- Ensure accreditations are current.
- Assist with PQQs.
- Maintain register.
Document Control
- Maintain document register.
- Ensure documents are within compliance.
- Liaise with other stakeholders.
