Job Title: Administration Assistant
Location: Bridge House Detox Clinic, Fant Oast, Upper Fant Oast Lane, Maidstone, Kent, ME16 8DE
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri, 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm

What you’ll be responsible for:
The role will be to provide administrative support to the multidisciplinary team.
Tasks to include reception duties including meeting and greeting of new inpatients including booking them in, communication with clients and families, ordering of all supplies required by unit, receiving and processing of new referrals, managing the waiting list, liaising with referring agencies and GPs, performance data, inputting data to National Drug Treatment and Monitoring Service (NDTMS) and service user questionnaires, compliments, preparing data for monthly invoicing, record keeping on RiO, scanning and uploading of documentation and any other administrative tasks required. This list is not exhaustive but provides an overview of the role.
You will learn the following whilst working at the trust:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
You will have the following skills/experience:
· Administrative experience
· Good typing skills
· Good telephone manner
